Rob Rosenthal:

Is there still time for you to get in on the lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson over their talc products causing cancer? We asked Philadelphia attorney Nancy Winkler for this Ask The Lawyers Quick Question.

Nancy Winkler:

Johnson & Johnson talc litigation is moving forward. There's both multi-district litigation in the state of New Jersey where there are thousands of cases that are pending with what's called bellwether trials that will begin, probably not until next year. There is still time to pursue a claim, if you have suffered or know someone that has suffered ovarian cancer as a result of using Johnson & Johnson or Shower to Shower talcum powder over the course of many years on a regular basis. They have most recently taken Johnson & Johnson talcum powder off of the shelves, which is a really good thing, and unfortunately, there won't be other generations that suffer ovarian cancer as a result of talcum powder use of these courageous ones.
