Texas Family Lawyer Explains What to Do

Video Transcript:

Tom Mustin:

What do you do when you're not allowed to see your grandchildren?

Duana Boswell-Loechel:

If you're not allowed to see your grandchildren, I would consult with an attorney just to see if you are going to be able to go into court and get a court to order those rights for you. And it's really a case-by-case basis on whether or not you would be able to enforce your rights to see your grandchildren.
