Arizona Car Accident Lawyer Offers Caution

Video Transcript:

Tom Mustin:

Should I give a statement to the other driver's insurance company after an accident?

Ryan Skiver:

After a crash, it's always good to get a lawyer involved as quickly as possible, the other insurance company will try to get a recorded statement from you so they can lock you in to testimony, it's nice to have someone on your side representing you so that they won't be able to try to paint you in a corner or put responsibility on you if it wasn't fault. Know that anything that you do say to them can and will be used against you, so it's always best to have someone on your side fighting for you.
