Austin Child Custody Attorney Explains

Video Transcript:

Molly Hendrickson:

How much does mediation cost for child custody in Texas?

Jillian French:

That really varies. It depends on the cost of the mediator. Some mediators have flat fees, some of them charge by the hour, and also whether or not you're going into it with representation because you will also have to pay for your attorney. Oftentimes, the cost of the mediator is split by the parties, fifty-fifty.
