The DUI coupled with the hit and run charge is a very common situation, and it carries its own complex consequence because the hit and run combination with the DUI can result in the mandatory suspension of your license. It usually results, obviously, when someone is accused of DUI and there was a collision, maybe someone didn't even realize they hit another vehicle or hit something as they were driving away. You want to be proactive on these kind of cases. You wanna get in front of this. Usually show the prosecution that insurance is taking care of the situation a lot of times. And you wanna start working off because one of those charges in most situations needs to come off if you're gonna continue to drive in California.
