Washington Premises Liability Attorney Explains

Video Transcript:

Molly Hendrickson:

How serious can slip and fall accidents be? We asked attorney Rebeccah Graham in this Ask The Lawyers Quick Question.

Rebeccah Graham:

We try not to use the word slip and fall. Let's call them what they are, which is premises injuries and they can be devastating. I've seen people break their hips falling on someone else's premises, I've seen people break their arms, I've seen people... Many people have very serious traumatic brain injuries. Oftentimes those injuries require surgery and oftentimes they have life long consequences, so they can be very, very severe.
