Anybody can appeal anything. Basically if they want to... They can appeal a child custody determination. Now they're more difficult because as far as child custody decisions, the trial judge has really a huge amount of discretion. And so when you appeal a child custody decision by a trial judge, you have to show that the judge has abused his or her discretion, which... Which can be pretty difficult to do. But it can be done.
