Never Flee the Scene of an Accident

Never Flee the Scene of an Accident

Never flee the scene of the accident. There is an element of fear behind hit and runs; no one wants to get “caught.” However, trying to flee can only make things much, much worse. Such was the case in a recent accident in Hoboken, NJ, involving a 66-year-old driver, a collision into a building, and then a subsequent fleeing only to accidentally hit a pedestrian on a sidewalk. What Does the Law Say About Hit-and-Run Accidents? Parties involved deserve a chance to be represented well. The fact is the Hoboken pedestrian would’ve not had been left with several fractures in that accident had the 66-year-old driver tried not to flee the scene. However, that is an isolated event. Drivers involved... […]

Do NOT Trust This Person After a Car Accident

They’re sometimes called “ambulance chasers” for good reason. What this means for the victim is that someone might contact them while they are still in the hospital recovering. This person wil... With that said, motorcycling is also extremely dangerous, especially while riding on major highways or in inclement weather. So many dangerous accidents happen suddenly to even the best riders, and the most common serious injury for motorcyclists is the head injury. For this reason, between 1967- 1976 the federal Department of Transportation ticketed ri... […]
