Do you know what you should do if you're injured after a collision with a commercial vehicle? We asked New York City attorney Jeff Antin in this Ask The Lawyers Quick Question.

Jeff Antin: 

If it's a commercial vehicle, there's a better chance that the commercial vehicle will have a camera, some type of camera in it, so the most important thing is to make sure that when you hire an attorney, or hopefully you're gonna do that right away, that they will contact the owner of that vehicle or the driver's employer to make sure that whatever footage there is gets preserved. But other than that, I mean, it's like any other accident, just in terms of getting medical attention right away and calling a lawyer as soon as possible.
