Well, the parties are at the beginning of the divorce process, or in the divorce process, they need to start thinking about moving out, one of them does, and particularly, if there's violence, escalating fights, if there's multiple police calls to the house, then one spouse is better to move out and take what they... Take the things that they want that can't be replaced and moving to different residence, and quite frankly, the courts almost always, at some point, order one of the parties out of the house.
