Atlanta Attorney Explains Third Party Claims

Video Transcript:

Molly Hendrickson:

If someone is injured on the job and isn't sure if they have any additional claims, what should they do? We asked attorney Rebecca Halberg in this Ask The Lawyers Quick Question.

Rebecca Halberg:

If you're not sure if you have a third party case, you should consult a lawyer. A lot of lawyers do both workers compensation and, especially if it's a car accident, which is pretty straightforward, do both or a lot of us also have partnerships with attorneys that handle third party cases. So just ask your lawyer and they can point you in the right direction.
