Virginia Car Crash Attorney Explains

Judy Maggio:

How can a lawyer help prove who was at fault in a car crash? Let's ask Virginia Lawyer Greg Webb for an Ask the Lawyers Quick Question.

Greg Webb:

The best way is through my client whose testimony can establish alone what happened, also from eye witnesses, if there are any other people in the car with my client, and many times nowadays there is video surveillance from local businesses. It's amazing how many car crashes are caught on camera nowadays. So whenever we have a car crash that occurs in an urban setting, we will look for local businesses on the corners or along the street and request their surveillance footage, so it's amazing how many times you can find that. Another way is through the physical evidence at the scene, you can establish a lot of times at what point in a roadway or highway a crash occurred. So there are a lot of different ways to do it, but it can be done and is done.
