Rachael K. Jones is a litigation and appellate attorney based in Round Rock, Texas. Her practice is primarily focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial cases.
Originally from East Tennessee, Rachael's decision to pursue a legal career was inspired by her passion for justice and helping others. After completing two AmeriCorps terms and graduating cum laude from UCLA, where she also worked as an outdoor guide and volunteered at the legal self-help center in the Inglewood courthouse, Rachael moved to Texas to attend law school. She earned a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and an LL.M. from The University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
Rachael serves on the boards of directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the TTLA Advocates Committee, and is the secretary of the board for the Austin Young Lawyers Association. She is also involved in several other professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar College, Federal Bar Association, Austin Bar Association, and Barbara Jordan American Inn of Court.
An unashamed "super-nerd," Rachael loves reading, writing, researching, and learning. She has studied seven languages at university level, given presentations on a variety of legal and non-legal topics, and authored multiple academic papers and articles.
