Casey Brown is a plaintiff's personal injury attorney experienced in litigation involving personal injuries in the oil field and energy industry as well as products liability litigation. Casey also has an extensive background in bad faith insurance litigation representing policyholders against their insurance companies. Casey began his legal career working for several prominent local defense firms, but soon realized that he wanted to focus his practice on representing individuals and families against corporations and insurance companies. Since then, he has dedicated his legal career to helping those who have been wronged in obtaining justice.
Casey graduated from Rhodes College with a degree in English. After graduating from Rhodes in 1998, he attended the University of Houston Law Center where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2001.
Casey is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
