After earning a B.A. from the University of Houston and his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, attorney Nagle got his license and began practicing in 1978, and went into private practice in 1981. He is an assistant attorney general in Austin, Texas, and was a former hearing examiner for the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and the Texas Pharmacy Board.
