Mr. Carroll was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2007 and began his career at a large insurance defense law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He quickly realized that he wanted to spend his career as a lawyer representing everyday people, not insurance companies, so he joined Buzzell, Welsh & Hill in May of 2008.
Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice before all state and superior courts in Georgia and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Georgia and Northern District of Georgia. He has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions and has worked as co-counsel with attorneys outside of Georgia on various matters. Mr. Carroll specializes in serious personal injury cases, including cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, workplace injuries and deaths, wrongful death claims, long-term disability disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and nursing home neglect.
