About Trent

Attorney Trent Shuping joins the team of Atlanta personal injury lawyers at Warshauer Law Group who are passionate about upholding the rights of clients who have been seriously injured. When clients are up against teams of well-funded teams of attorneys, the legal system can unfortunately take advantage of the injured. Driven to obtain fair treatment and substantial compensation for his clients, Trent passionately advocates for a secure future on their behalf. With the highest ethical standards and a track record of diligence and tireless effort, Trent was promoted to Partner at Warshauer Law Group in 2013.

A native of Marietta, Georgia, Trent graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Criminal Justice. Afterwards, he went on to attend Duke University School of Law. While there, Trent was selected to be the school's student liaison to the American Bar Association. He also served as the Research Editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy. As if that weren't enough to fill his schedule, Trent managed to fit in two Duke-Carolina Games, bowling in the law school league, and training for and completing two fifty-mile footraces.
