Emily is an attorney that is devoted to helping people, it is the whole reason she became an attorney. She is eager to support adults and children that have been injured in motorcycle and motor vehicle accidents, as well as help those that have suffered due to bad faith insurance. It is important to her to give them a voice in these trying times, and she works hard to guide them through the legal process towards adequate compensation that is due to them. She cares about her clients and wants them to get their life back on track as much as possible. Her clients know that she has their back, and she maintains strong and meaningful contact with them so that they get strong representation.
Emily has shown she is more than capable of aiding her clients to find justice. Not only did she graduate from the University of Wyoming with her joint degree Juris Doctorate and Public Administration Masters, but she served as a student director of the Prosecution Assistance Clinic in law school. In her work with the clinic, she was honored with the Outstanding Clinical Student Excellence Award. In addition, she made multiple court appearances and argued in front of the Wyoming Supreme Court prior to completing her joint degree. It just took one court appearance for her to know that she was exactly where she is meant to be.
Emily is licensed to practice in Colorado and Wyoming and a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Emily enjoys backpacking, playing basketball, and the occasional round of golf when she is away from the courtroom.
