Joshua B. Schwartz has nearly a decade of experience as a Philadelphia personal injury attorney with his law firm. He has always focused his practice on the representation of plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. At Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., Josh primarily handles cases involving medical malpractice and product liability. As a personal injury attorney, Josh has investigated and tried many complex cases with his law firm. His work has resulted in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for catastrophic injury victims and their families. Josh is the immediate past Chair of the Future Leaders Section of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
Josh received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Rhetorical Theory from The Pennsylvania State University. He also completed a semester abroad at The Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. While there, he taught English classes at Czech high schools. Then, Josh earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law, where he received Widener Law’s Outstanding Student Service Award as well as the President’s Service Award. While attending law school, Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Matthews of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
