A woman that allegedly injured and killed a Houston bicyclist was rearrested at her twin sister’s house in Austin on April 30, according to The Houston Chronicle. Margaret R. Mayer, who was initially arrested on February 5 and freed on a $30,000 bond, was taken into custody again for allegedly violating her bail conditions.
