Defendants named in the lawsuit include Texaco Inc. and Chevron USA Inc., companies that allegedly exposed Morgan to asbestos.

Mignonne claims in the lawsuit that Morgan was employed by Texaco at its Port Arthur facilities and was exposed to toxic materials, including asbestos.
