Leslie Rhode:

What is your office procedure during COVID? We ask Miami attorney Jack Hickey in this AskTheLawyers™ Quick Question.

Jack Hickey:

We got set up right away to work remotely, and clients and consumers do not have to come into the office; they don't have to see us. We talk to them by phone, we do Zoom conferences with them. They can sign papers with DocuSign. We can send all of the paperwork with DocuSign; they just sit there at their computer in the comfort of their own home and sign up everything electronically. So we've got it all set up over here.
